U.S. Navy Blue Angels practice most Tuesday and Wednesday mornings!
We were delighted to discover a surprise article about ECY in the Florida Times-Union! Charterers on Sea Fever, our Beneteau 331, cruised westerly and enjoyed a “cheeseburger in paradise” at LuLu's at Homeport, and a slip at Bear Point Marina, a favorite marina across from Pirates Cove in Orange Beach, Alabama. C. F. Foster then published an article about their adventure.

Once again, David & Christine Liscio returned to the Emerald Coast for an adventure. This time we were able to spend more time with our dear friends and cruised to The Wharf in Orange Beach for a Dave Matthews concert. It was fantastic! We also spent a night at Juana's in Navarre Beach -- always a favorite. To read David's article, Laid Back and Loviing It!, published in the October issue of Sailing Magazine, click here.

Capt. Bob Kriegel, ASA Instructor Evaluator, will hold future clinics at ECY and can certify the following levels of ASA instructor certification:
ASA Keelboat (201) Instructor
ASA Basic Coastal Cruising (203) Instructor
ASA Coastal Navigation (205) Instructor
ASA Bareboat Chartering (204) Instructor
Registration for the clinics is handled by the American Sailing Association, more information, please click here.
It is important for candidates to understand that these are not classes, but rather qualification clinics. Candidates are expected to already have the knowledge, teaching and sailing skills required for each individual course.
Contact Peggy at 850-554-2505 or Capt. Bob Kriegel, clinic instructor evaluator, at email@example.com or 850-455-7695 if you are intrested in becoming an ASA Sailing Instructor.
We've sailed to The Ampitheater at The Wharf for Kenny Chesney, Zac Brown Band, Jimmy Buffett, Keith Urban, and Dave Matthews Band -- what a great way to see a concert! Docking at their marina, we had dinner at one of their many great restaurants, walked to the concert and then walked back to the boat. We honestly can't think of a better way to go to and experience a concert!

ECY has added Ray Sea Lady to our fleet. She is an extremely popular model, a three cabin, 2 head, Beneteau 393! She is in excellent condition and has joined our other boats at Sabine Marina on Pensacola Beach.
Graduates of our ASA 104 Bareboat Cruising Course can charter one of our yachts at a significant discount from our normal bareboat charter rates for an overnight bareboat charter. This charter can be scheduled immediately following completion of the ASA 104. There's no better way to begin to polish your newly acquired skills!
